1. All advertisements and sponsored publications are independent of editorial decisions. Editorial content is not influenced by commercial or financial interests, or by any specific arrangements with advertising clients or sponsors.

2. All advertisements are subject to the approval of the International Journal of Quality Assurance and Zarqa University (the publisher), which reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.

3. The International Journal of Quality Assurance will not accept advertisements for any product or service that is harmful to health.

4. Advertisements must not be misleading and must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser through their trademark or signature.

5. If an advertisement is published online, it will be removed from the journal's website at any time if the editor-in-chief(s) or the publisher requests its removal.

6. Advertisements and editorial content must be clearly distinguished. The International Journal of Quality Assurance will not publish any advertising content.

7. The publisher is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from errors in the display or printing of an advertisement.

8. Editorial decisions will not be influenced by current or potential sponsors and advertisers, nor by marketing decisions. Advertisers and sponsors have no right to control or influence the results of searches that users may conduct on the website using keywords or search terms.

9. If any advertisement is requested that does not comply with the International Journal of Quality Assurance standards, a request must be submitted to the editorial board, which will respond with a full and final decision within a few days.

10. Information regarding complaints will be included on the advertisements page.
