This study dealt with the modern methods of annulment issued by the administrative courts in Jordan. The problem of the study revolved around the responsibility incurred by the administration in the event of its refusal to implement the judicial ruling of annulment, in addition to the existence of a legislative deficiency that allows the administrative judiciary to direct an order to the administration to implement the annulment ruling. To address this problem, the researcher followed The descriptive approach, through describing the problem under study, and the analytical approach, through analyzing the texts regulating this in Jordanian legislation, At the end of the study, the researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which is that it became clear from what was stated in the provisions of Jordanian law that the administrative judiciary has authority over the administration represented by the right to cancel the administrative decision without interfering in the heart of the administration’s work. Among the most important recommendations is that the researcher recommends to the Jordanian legislator by creating a legislative text that gives the administrative judge the authority to order the administration to implement the cancellation ruling issued by him.
