Author Guidelines

Ethics & Originality

Submission Declaration: Authors warrant that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously (except in the form of a preprint), and is not under consideration elsewhere. All authors must approve the submission.

Authorship: All contributors must meet ICMJE authorship criteria, meaning significant contributions to conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the work. The corresponding author assumes responsibility for co-authors' consent and integrity of the work. Author name changes post-peer-review are prohibited.

Competing Interests (Conflicts of Interest): Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the work. This includes funding sources, employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications, and institutional or personal affiliations. A competing interests statement must be included in the Acknowledgements section. If no competing interests exist, a statement reading "The authors declare no conflicts of interest" is required.

Plagiarism: Authors are prohibited from presenting another's ideas, text, equations, theorems, figures, tables, or creative expression as their own. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism post-submission. See the Editorial and Publication Policies (Plagiarism Policy) for detailed definitions and consequences.

Use of Generative AI: Any use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or similar) in the writing or production of the manuscript must be declared in the Acknowledgements section, including the tool name, version, and specific use case. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Ø  Manuscript Preparation

File Format: Submissions must be provided as .docx (Microsoft Word) or .tex (LaTeX) files. PDF alone is not acceptable. For .tex submissions, authors must also provide a compiled PDF and all source files (figures, bibliography, class files).

Manuscript Structure (in order):

  1. Title
  2. Abstract
  3. Keywords
  4. Introduction
  5. Main Body (with appropriate subsections as needed)
  6. Conclusions
  7. Acknowledgements
  8. References
  9. Appendices (if any)
  10. Figure Captions
  11. Tables

BLINDED Version: For double-blind peer review, authors must remove all author names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the main manuscript file. Acknowledgements that reveal institutional or personal details should be removed or anonymized (e.g., "Funded by [institution name]" becomes "Funded by a national research agency"). The blinded version must contain no references to the authors' prior work that would reveal identity (e.g., "as we showed in [1]" should be revised to "as shown in [1]").

Title Page (submitted as a separate file): The title page must contain the following information:

  • Full title of the manuscript
  • All author names (first, middle initial, last) and institutional affiliations
  • ORCID iDs (recommended)
  • Contact information for the corresponding author (email, postal address, telephone)
  • Acknowledgements (including funding sources, competing interests, AI use declarations)
  • Any disclaimers or conflicts of interest statements

Ø  Formatting Guidelines

Title: The title should be concise, informative, and free of abbreviations or jargon. Titles should not exceed 20 words unless justified by technical complexity.

Abstract: The abstract must be up to 250 words, concise and self-contained. It should state the problem, methods, key results, and main conclusions without references to the bibliography or figures. Abbreviations must be defined at first use.

Keywords: Provide 4–7 keywords for indexing purposes. Keywords should be drawn from standard mathematical subject classification (MSC) when possible and should not duplicate words already present in the title.

References: The journal uses a numbered citation system [1], [2], [3] in order of appearance in the text. The AMS (American Mathematical Society) citation style is recommended. All references must include DOIs where available. Examples:

[1] J. Smith, A. Jones, "Title of article," Journal Name, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 100-120, 2024. DOI: 10.xxxx/xxxxx

[2] R. Johnson, Book Title, Publisher, City, 2023.

Figures: Figures must be submitted as separate files in one of the following formats: eps, pdf, png, or tif. Resolution requirements: 300 DPI for photographs; 600–1000 DPI for line drawings. Figures must be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text. Each figure must have a caption.

Tables: Tables must be created using the word processor's table tool. Do not submit tables as images or embedded graphics. Tables must be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.) and each must have a concise title. Footnotes within tables should be indicated by superscript lowercase letters (a, b, c).

Funding: All funding sources supporting the work must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section. Use the following format: "This research was funded by [Funding Agency, grant number XXXXXX]." If no funding was received, include the statement: "This research received no external funding."

Permissions: Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material (figures, tables, lengthy quotations) from third-party sources. Proof of permission must be provided upon submission.

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatical English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek professional editing services before submission. The journal does not provide language editing services.
